not customer service friendly and do not go with this company if setting up savings accounts for kids and a debit card for a teen where you want to have more access to controlling them using the card to teach them proper spending.
If you are one to use the ATM whether to deposit money or withdraw, ICCU is not the bank for you. I cannot explain how many times I’ve gone to the ICCU in post falls or ICCU in CDA and the ATM is temporarily out of order, it’s not accepting cash deposits, it spits your money back out and just says it can’t accept your deposit at this time. Please have your ATM’s looked at ICCU. It’s very frustrating
Rescinding their sponsorship of Boise Pride makes it very clear that this business cares more about extremists than community. I’ll be closing all my accounts.
