When we opened our business accounts at Idaho Central Credit Union, we were told they were "business-friendly" with great access to SBA programs and operating lines of credit. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Despite both of us having 700+ credit scores, strong financials, and a solid payment history, we were repeatedly met with delays, vague excuses, and ultimately denied meaningful support. Getting so very tired of getting overdraft fees because a purchase I made a week ago got refunded, only for that same purchase to be removed from my account again a few days later. If you intend to bank with this Credit Union, never trust them when they tell you you have money and keep a checkbook to track everything, because they are so very inconsistent.

They have messed up my account multiple times! I have been with ICCU for over 35 yrs. and the bigger they get the worse they are. They apparently don't know how to train their new employees and they mess up constantly! If I didn't have my direct deposit set up and my son, whose account I am on with bill pay, I would have switched a long time ago. Now they have messed up my grandsons account and he can't figure out what to do. I would never recommend this Credit Union to anyone. My older son is ready to move to another CU ... read more

Had a fraudulent charge go through for $753 and it put me.in the hole and ICCU never notified me or caught it. The loan officer that I talked to when I was getting new cards swore their fraud team was always monitoring for fraudulent activity and that something like this would never happen because they would catch it and shut down the card. We payed off a. 5 year car loan in one year by paying $1000 a month for one year. Since we payed ahead we were paying on the principle the last few months. Today 11-22-17 we had balance of $700 dollars that would pay off the loan. We were told we would have to pay $52.33 interest to pay off a balance of $700 dollars. That amounts to 7.5% of $700 dollars! The person that told the teller we have to pay $52.33 interest when we were so far ahead on the payments is not cromulent!!! Without a doubt, the most disgusting bank to exist in Idaho. They took money from my 3-year old son's savings account without approval and then told me that there was nothing I could do about it. Absolute garbage credit union. I recommend Advantage Plus or Connections.
