The staff was incredibly helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised by the services offered, especially considering it's only a small window; ICCU never disappoints. Highly recommended!

Lily's customer service skills were top-notch. She helped us with everything we needed and was very pleased to do so. Best ICCU experience.
Kathy the manager is very shady. After going through the process of checking out a repossessed car and having it looked at by 2 mechanics, she leaked information that I gave her in confidence to another buyer, who outbid me. Shady business practice and totally played me. Disrespectful to clients and does not deserve anyone's business. How do I know she leaked it? The other buyer never even drove or saw the car and outbid me by small enough increments to win no matter what. Total sham.
