This location is the worst. They have the rudest employees out of all of there branches, it’s always quiet for a reason. The manager doesn’t take negative feedback well at all. This branch seems like it’s always hiring and can never keep good employees. I’ve been in numerous times and employees are talking crap about others infront of each other. Save your time and drive to liberty lake. They at lease care and are super cool
Wow, what an amazing team! When I walked into the branch I was caught off guard by a big warm welcome from every single teller. Their customer service, subject knowledge, professionalism and personalities made for a great experience. I'm so glad that I bank with ICCU!
I've been an ICCU member for many years and was thrilled when the CU moved to Washington. Staff at the Spokane Valley branch on Broadway are super nice and always offer outstanding service.
Incredibly helpful at setting up a business account, high yield savings account and HELOC. I’ve never waited longer than 5-10 mins for an agent.
ATM doesn’t allow withdrawals from other banks. Was going to switch over since it’s near my house, but after this wasting my time to find out I’d rather go somewhere else that can handle all the banks I go through if needed.
