Very disappointed today as I came by to get a cashier’s check for my rent. I usually go to the Post Falls branch and will continue to do so after today. I felt as if I was being interrogated on my own account and an account I have had for several years and do the same thing every month for years. I have never been questioned in the manner I was and actually I was taken back by how the clerk explained everything. Not a good OR pleasant experience and WILL NOT be returning to this branch again. Extremely disappointed
Customer service is amazing. Would love to see video chat times reduced sometimes I just have to hang up. They're always very helpful and kind. Interest accrual for savings is unparalleled. Switched from P1FCU and USAA and very happy.

Wow I have tried to call to talk to someone 2 times each time it says it will be 9 minutes to talk to someone. So far no luck. Maybe bank somewhere else.
