These people working at the ICCU on Broadway here in Tucson have no clue on how to help you! I went in to get help changing my vehicle payment withdrawal date so it would come out well before the due date. The young man working called someone on the phone and told them I wanted to change the payment date!! That is not what I said to him! I said I wanted to change the withdrawal date to earlier so that the payment would post before the due date! My old bank switch to iccu and I hate it theres a limit to send Your money on zelle and you have to call the bank to get permission to send more than 320 never had that problem before and then I thought I had the no overdraft set up on my account and it turns out they charged me from savings so I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK im switching
I recently just opened a new account this past week at the Broadway location and the lady who helped me was great! Also the young gentleman was nice when making my deposit. Both of them explained everything I needed to know to transfer everything over. I am transitioning my personal and even business account over to Tucson Pueblo eventually. I choose the Broadway branch as it is very convenient for me. I enjoy being welcomed by Eunice Cubillas, as she is so helpful and always has made my experience using this branch so great! Her smile, her professionalism and her willingness to help customer's is something TOPCU should be very thankful for. Also, I do recommend this branch to other's who live on the eastside of town.
