I'been banking with Topcu/ICCU for about 15 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Family atmosphere and very good customer service. Five stars.
Visited new big branch under big renovation to this far eastside office . It's undergoing a big cosmetic restoration inside . Drove friend / neighbor member ( couldn't drive with major recovery from orthopedic surgery) who is a longtime member as quite satisfied with the credit union. Told formerly was a Tucson public employees credit union that merged with an Idaho credit union, therefore the acronym name . It wasn't busy at all mid weekday . Plenty of parking .
