They don't answer the phone. After MAJOR fraud on the banks part (both debit cards were charged matching transactions over and over until the account emptied) they can't even mail new cards out or guarantee that the fraud will be covered (still under investigation?)
I've been at this credit union for 36yrs and over the past 7-8yrs it has steadly gone down hill, especially the last 2. Now I just tried to check my balance, oh you can't do that anymore, how bloody convenient for them, now you can't check to see if your money is disappearing. I'm disabled and can't hop in the car and waste gas going all the way to the blasted bank. I agree with the other person, it's time to say adios to this establishment. Horrible website. When I log in to quick pay portal it shows my payment history, but when I want to make a payment it just says no accounts found from the quick pay portal. Logging into the account for some reason has a different login then the quick pay portal. My login stopped working and I tried to reset it, but it requires the member number to reset. The end of an era....TOPCU is now ICCU. Bye-bye to CO-OP Shared Branching, so now we have two whole location in all of Tucson. Bye-bye to the Automated Voice Banking System-now you can enjoy waiting on the phone or waiting for a call back if you just want to do something that used to take 20 seconds, like check your balance. Last time I was picking up some money from my savings. I was almost not able to do that because I didn't place a order for such an amount. What now? What is a large amount? I guess if you wanna pick up more then $3000 you need to place a order first. That's just ridiculous. Bye Felicia 👋
