They don't answer the phone. After MAJOR fraud on the banks part (both debit cards were charged matching transactions over and over until the account emptied) they can't even mail new cards out or guarantee that the fraud will be covered (still under investigation?)

Horrible website. When I log in to quick pay portal it shows my payment history, but when I want to make a payment it just says no accounts found from the quick pay portal. Logging into the account for some reason has a different login then the quick pay portal. My login stopped working and I tried to reset it, but it requires the member number to reset. No one remembers their member number without logging into their account to check it. You might as well put "resetting password not allowed" if you're going to require t... read more

I've been at this credit union for 36yrs and over the past 7-8yrs it has steadly gone down hill, especially the last 2. Now I just tried to check my balance, oh you can't do that anymore, how bloody convenient for them, now you can't check to see if your money is disappearing. I'm disabled and can't hop in the car and waste gas going all the way to the blasted bank. I agree with the other person, it's time to say adios to this establishment. My spouse went in with an appointment yesterday and spoke to Daniel G. Not only did Daniel greet my spouse and ensure that they were treated well while they waited but he handled a new checking account appointment in less than an hour! I wish your female teller (name will not be mentioned) takes notes out of Daniel’s playbook and learns that going the extra mile and even offering just a smile to the customer goes a long way! Where do I even start? This credit union is by far the worst establishment I have ever banked with. They have all these online features that are supposed to make it convenient but 99% of the time it just doesn't work out. For 3 months I wasn't able to log into the banking app bc whenever I tried to set up an account or try to use their "forgot password" feature, it would tell me that my information was not in their records even though I set up the checking account WITH A MEMBER PHYSICALLY AT THE 22ND LOCATION!
