We were kind of pushed into financing a new car through ICCU by a dealership not to be named. Our plan was to pay off the loan asap. We have been pleasantly surprised by the helpful and courteous service we've encountered at this branch. The staff is both friendly and highly competent at their positions. Even though we're still paying off the loan it turns out the interest rate was very competitive. We will continue to be members!
