do not open an account here! they dont care about the community clients or TOPCU previous clients! I regret voting yes on the merger! find a truly local credit union that really does care! this was my first and only bank account and sad to leave the cashiers that really did care! zero empathy from the rest!

So many issues since TOPCU was bought out. Now my biggest irritation is the delay on your banking app to show your credit card amount. It takes 2-3 days to reflect your purchases and balance accurately. TOPCU was instant. Overall displeased with ICCU and looking for a new bank.

I went to get help with changing my vehicle withdrawal payment date to earlier than the due date because the previous location I went to was of no help. Yvonne went out of her way to help me with this change at this 22nd street location. I greatly appreciate her help! Thank you Yvonne!

Ever since TOPCU changed to ICCU, it has been a living hell and they have gotten rid of things that we enjoyed about TOPCU. They don’t do shared banking. When they transfered to their app,y accounts were so messed up amd not named how we had them. I still don’t have my CC account on my app so need to go see them about how I pay for that. We had overdraft protection, if my checking was overdrafted, money would be pulled from one of my savings accounts attatched so I wasn’t punished for it. They don't answer the phone. After MAJOR fraud on the banks part (both debit cards were charged matching transactions over and over until the account emptied) they can't even mail new cards out or guarantee that the fraud will be covered (still under investigation?)
