Awesome staff and clean property This is a great property to live in, staff is amazing !
I love living at Stone Mill The office staff is so nice and helpful. They walked me through the whole process making sure my needs were met. My apt is beautiful. The neighbors are great and the property is quiet. I would recommend Stone Mill to everyone!
The bad reviews don't lie This is the worst managed apartment complex I've ever been part of. It's clear that they don't care about their residents living comfortably. Need to get ahold of someone? Forget it. They won't answer. Just take your time and money elsewhere. Not worth the headache.
Noisy Property is old, so if anyone upstairs walk, scream, cleans, or does any activity it will heard and rumble the entire apartment. Usually this is pretty normal for apartment living however, there is no quiet time hours so you are able to do any of the above at any time of day whether it be 10pm or 2am it does not matter.
Worst Customer service Property is old, nothing is new. Office staff is the worst ever, never answer phone, don't return messages. Rent has gone up over 300 in a little over a year with no improvements. New management company is terrible, nobody knows how to complete a simple task.
Pathetic maintenance services just nowNEW Iam a resident in this apartment. The maintenance service is pathetic here. I have never seen such bad service . They do not have sense of emergency services. My toilet has clogged more than 3 days and they are not here yet to fix it. I would not even give one star. I would not recommend this apartment.
