Wonderful place to stay. Astonishing views. On the the ocean, close to the dunes. Checking in, Carrie Anne welcomed us warmly with a huge smile. At the Avalon Brew Pub, we had Chef Michael’s delicious fish and chips. The service done by Jade was great and Lynn took a nice photo of us two. Next morning, Lizzie gave us our very good takeout breakfast as a pro. I just love that place. It even has an EV charger.😀

The icona was definitely a fantastic stay. From the check-in to check out. Everyone was super nice. The rooms were very clean and the amenities were great. I had amazing room service as well too from the Avalon pub that's downstairs located nearby their entryway. I hope I got her name right. But Jillian who made my delivery before my room service was absolutely fantastic. She was awesome. We were lucky enough to get a third floor room with a balcony that will face towards the beach and it was super nice looking at the sunset... read more

We went for a 2-day “cozy” promotion in November. The staff was friendly, responsive, and abundant, considering the season. The fireplace supported the cozy theme very nicely! Our room,, the Classic King, was very comfortable, with a first rate kitchenette. The house phone was broken…as it happened, we had little need for it, but… The bathroom decor was way above average, and the room was generously supplied. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Cape May! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect Cape May charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the little details—like the fresh linens, cozy robes, and complimentary local treats.
