Iconic Designs has worked on multiple home improvement projects at our home, and we've been extremely pleased with the quality of their work. The team is professional, dependable, and pays attention to detail. Jarred is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the process. Everything was completed to a high standard, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.
Would love to give negative 2 million stars!!!! Worst and most expensive lesson of my life! All of the pictures attached is their idea of brand new finished work… ENTIRE home remodel. We parted ways before the whole home remodel was complete as they just could not finish/ show up. At every step of the way, every project I was charged more money, not a big deal if given quality work but 9/10 times it was terrible. A year later than the review from Anesthesialillie D, and I can tell you we had a very similar experience - I regret not taking her feedback left to heart. The only thing "Iconic" about this company is their incompetence. We had a project to do flooring, bathrooms, and kitchen that was supposed to take 8 weeks - after 5 months of playing the blame game, people not showing up, garbage left throughout our home and shoddy work by their "tradespeople" we gave up. Completely impressed by the customer service offered by Infinite Home Designs. Jarred Howard went above and beyond to answer all of my questions about flooring for our new home. I went from knowing nothing to getting a full education! He was patient, professional, explained everything clearly and very obviously cares most that people are happy and choose the best product. Infinite's price was competitive for our extensive kitchen remodeling and floor replacement. They were able to start the job quickly and the final cost came in within the contracted amount. The work was closely supervised and completed on time. They were very responsive to our needs and additional work requested or required. They were flexible in working with us. I will definitely hire them again when we do our bathroom remodeling.
