Curtis and his team simply care. The Direction this company has is unmatched. The employees empowered to fix issues and ensure the success of the little guys like me has me singing praises. The Fiber Services as well as the ability to have a backup Wireless Connection to our business has been something even the larger providers in the industry just could not figure out how to provide. ICS has an amazing Team. Issues on a Holiday Weekend and they had not only regular employees but also their CEO available and working to resolve issues. It is rare to find a company that places the Customer First. These guys are a True Gem when it comes to a service provider.

Absolute posers. Reply: Why would you call me a spammer. I reviewed your company based on its operations. If anyone is spamming, maybe its your boy Glenn, who left the only five star reviews. Not a very professional response.

Bad experience. The install day: main parts were not here and the install team was not sure what went where. When requested a refund was told it should take a couple days it has been 3 weeks and nothing.
