I have had no issues with ICCU and I actually love their customer service, I'm greeted with a smile and I don't feel intimidated at all talking to them! I had one problem but it wasn't their fault, I over drafted my account but I put money back into that account in the same day, I still got the over draft fee but they were able to refund it 100%!

I know what you mean. I know my husband like then.We be banking with them for 4 years now. They have charged me $18.97 in N.S.F.... When I have never had one with in 4 years. That I be banking with them. I have had more N.S.F. Fee this last year then ever had in my Life. I never had a N.S.F. Ever. They locked her account and then took all of her money out of checking to pay themselves her entire visa bill. She had never had a late payment.
