Next month I will most likely go back to Chime or even PayPal if not sooner. the management inside the physical banks are both great at dealing with issues , however it's their call center. I will add that some of their younger employees in the bank itself , give the impression that they are just starting out in the job market . Their customer care and follow-up are the worst we have seen in over 5 decades of banking with various credit unions and banks. Also, their ability to handle transfers of money is poor at best.
I called the call center to discuss fees that were assessed to my account. I was advised by the representative that “if I kept track of my account I wouldn’t overdraw it.” In the same breath she advised me that ICCU pends the debit card transaction, but then unpends the transaction depending on the merchant. This puts money back into your account and if you do not babysit your account every single day for every debt card transaction, you are at risk for overdrawing your account and receiving a $24.97 charge per transaction. ... read more
I don’t recommend these guys as your personal nor business banking as a member I would run do to there dishonest tactics. Iccu and Corwin working together will screw there own members on auto Vehicle financing.....both ran me around cause I wanted to do my own financing threw iccu with out the middle guy(Corwin) they both played dumb for hour about our paper work that I finally told my bank to get bent....thanks for supporting members and small business people..I will be switching all my accounts from these crooks!
