The ATM has been out of service for over a month now. Super inconvenient and kind of defeats the point of all the infrastructure supporting a drive thru ATM lane. Their ATM also is completely unable to accept checks that are from ICCU itself. That's just weird, and all the employees just laugh it off. Still, good people and a solid credit union over all.
Easy parking, walk in, Teller greets you and asks you to come forward. Quick and accurate banking. They have all of the amenities and several locations.
I went in to the Ustick location to co-sign a loan with my fiancé so she can get a better interest rate. I told our associate, Shelby, this was one of our main priorities for this in-person visit at the beginning. After Shelby later ran the credit check she said they go through Experian, which I have access to and know my score there, to which wasn’t high enough to make any difference in our rate. Came in to deposit cash I felt bad because I wasn’t sure how much I had exactly so I was trying to count it & he was just staring at me so I asked if he was gonna be count it anyway, he said yes grabbed the cash rolled his eyes & went to count it on the machine. Why not start with that instead of having me count it? He was just rude during the whole visit he definitely needs to improve on his customer service skills.
We had our line of credit hacked and Darien said it was past 60 days and nothing he could do. Well, it was not past 60 days since we received our statement, but he did not care. We even brought him our contract so he could read it, but he would not even do that! We notified the main office as per the contract for an error on our statement with no response.
