Got there at 5:55pm on a Thursday night and they had already locked the doors. Supposed to close at 6. Just needed to deposit a check.
Absolutely appalled with the behavior of this branch. Goes against all ICCU values and standards. This branch in paticular is the worst due to the "manager" who isn't even a Manger. This lady went on a power trip and canceled my account because I wanted to know why I couldn't cash an endorsed check like ANY OTHER bank or credit union. I've been banking with ICCU for 6 years and never had a problem until this horrible nightmare of an experience in this spokane one. Financed through them because they had the best rates at the time but I have had nothing but issues since. Their website doesn’t let me pay my bill and their app crashes whenever I try to use it. Their support line is just an endless cycle of “let me transfer you to a different specialist” that just tells me that “this never happens”. Car payment is now 4 days late because they’re incompetent.
