I don't even live in Idaho and I bank with ICCU because their member service is A+. They always take care of me. Every interaction I've had with them has been pleasant, they are always easy to work with. I feel like I can rely on ICCU.
I haven't had any major issues with ICCU. They've been great to help and explain things if there's a confusion on my end. I recommend ICCU if you are looking to open a checking/savings. I've never used them for loans, just checking and savings
9% apr if your helpc goes over 50k. Wouldn't refund money when reported as fraud. One of the most worthless teams and banks.
First of all, how DARE they say that it is the best place to work in Idaho. It is nothing but a cult trying to get their employees to be brainwashed by drinking the Kool-Aid. I have a near and dear friend that is employed here and all I hear are the horror stories that take place behind the scenes. Reposting these comments for the benefit of ICCU's corporate office. Not a customer-friendly way to conduct business: 3/18/17 Since ICCU sold our information to an outside insurance vendor we have been getting non-stop solicitations from them. Now, that company has sold our information and we are getting weekly mailings from other insurance companies. I have just taken my mortgage to ICCU. The only positive part of the process was the closing table with title. This has been the worst one sided transaction in the world. All communication was initiated 100% by me. I received one outgoing email from the loan officer during the 45 day process. The remaining emails were reactive emails to questions and concerns I had.
