Everyone was very kind and professional.
Overall, my experience was excellent! I had PRK. The Doctors were helpful and courteous throughout the year and a half that I was in and out of the office. My only complaint is that for my retouch procedure, it wasn't made clear during my prep op appointments that my near sight would most certainly be drastically effected. Perhaps this is because I was told many times before the first, original procedure that it was very likely - which did not happen, and for that I feel quite blessed. Your system made the operation very efficient and smooth. I was apprehensive about the surgery but I am very pleased with the process and the outcome.
