AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST… All they want is your money, I paid almost $1,000.00 for a Inspection because after 9 years servicing my business they decided my kitchen was not in to Code, after their nasty attitude, a month ago they sent me another invoice (apparently NOT PAID) for the same service….
Waiting three months to replace a simple smoke detector. All requests have taken longer with no communication in the past year. Went with another vendor. Will be canceling all services.
Coordination took a bit of time but once I was connected with Chris S. Everything came together. He was able to come out to us quickly and was extremely helpful with our questions and efficiently fulfilled our needs at the airport.
The techs responded in a timely manner and were very professional, Took care of the issue by troubleshooting and replacing small section of 4 inch pipe in our riser room of our dry system with no issues.
If you're looking for a reputable company with experience, expertise and professionalism... look elsewhere. Unfortunately Ideal let our business down with their lack of expertise on how to truly fix an on-going issue. After thousands of dollars in repairs, they released our job out of what seems to be incompetence. Another company was contracted and informed us that all the work Ideal had done was sketchy and amateur at best. A job that would've costed thousands of dollars and weeks to do, will be done in two days.
