AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST… All they want is your money, I paid almost $1,000.00 for a Inspection because after 9 years servicing my business they decided my kitchen was not in to Code, after their nasty attitude, a month ago they sent me another invoice (apparently NOT PAID) for the same service….
Waiting three months to replace a simple smoke detector. All requests have taken longer with no communication in the past year. Went with another vendor. Will be canceling all services.
Coordination took a bit of time but once I was connected with Chris S. Everything came together. He was able to come out to us quickly and was extremely helpful with our questions and efficiently fulfilled our needs at the airport.
The techs responded in a timely manner and were very professional, Took care of the issue by troubleshooting and replacing small section of 4 inch pipe in our riser room of our dry system with no issues.
Ideal installed a fire alarm system for me they had 2 of the most polite and efficient guys come out installed and inspected in a timely manner. They went above and beyond for me to get this done I will call for Wes and Mike for any issues I have loved yalls service thank you
