I have only been there 2 times but it has been very pleasant. The Doctor is very humble and make you feel at ease when speaking with her. Everyone has excellent customer service skills. I would highly recommend Life Stance to anyone.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful getting me checked and out. The Doctor took time to listen to my concerns and did not rush thru our visit. She offered helpful advice. It’s was a pleasured experience.
This was my first visit to a new psychiatrist office ever. I'm now 30 and been going to (formerly) Eagles Landing Family Practice since I was little. The differences in the attitudes of the nurses was night and day to me. My old nurse would just ask me questions while staring into her computer and never really looking away or seeming to have an F to give. I am incredibly happy with the quality of care I received from Life Stance Lifeoma Azazi and the rest of Life Stance team. My questions and concerns always answered!. Always kind and professional.
Ifeoma Adazi was horrendously patronizing and unprofessional. She was supposed to help me, and instead she belittled me and my knowledge of my own medical history and the formal diagnoses that I have received from licensed medical doctors. She let me give her barely any background information as to why I was there and why my therapist felt I needed the appointment before she lectured me about how my therapist and I don't know what we're talking about and that I probably don't have the diagnoses that I said I have.
