I brought my Apple Watch in for repair, I questioned if it was something he was able to do and I was assured that he could. He completed the work at 2 pm on a Wednesday and said leave the rubber bands on for 5 hours for a good seal, I told him I would remove them at 9 and place the watch on the charger, which I did actually at 10. He was fantastic. The phone is critical to my wife's work it went sideways after repeated drops. He stayed open while we drove over from McHenry and fixed it up as good as new. Additionally, he caught and repaired a mistake that a previous similar establishment had done. The Best!Ā
Repairs were quick and they even gave me a loner phone. I needed one for work the next day and it worked out perfectly. 2 day wait for parts. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend if your in a bind. Not to mention it was 3pm on a Sunday and the only place avaliable to get my phone fixed.Ā
