In the beginning as I started to learn about Ignite and their business, I was impressed with how fast and complete my agent (Kate) responded to my MANY newbie questions; she continues now as I get educated on the entire process. My experience with Ignite Funding has been excellent. I have invested in one property. In the process, I had the loan titled incorrectly. Ignite was very cooperative and helpful in making the necessary change. I also am receiving interest each month deposited into my checking account. I am very satisfied with the service they are providing.
Really great customer service - they're very knowledgeable and responsive.
