As a long time private lender who managed his own RE loans I was interested in seeing if Ignite could be a viable alternative and take the hands-on management aspect away from me and still get the type of returns I was getting as an individual private lender. I'm happy to say that the answer has been an emphatic yes, and I anticipate investing a majority of my private lending funds with Ignite in the future rather than issue my own private RE loans anymore.
