I appreciate having the ability to invest in first trust deeds with confidence working with IGNITE FUNDING. They have due diligence which offer the investors some safety versus trying to invest in first trust deeds yourself. So far I am very satisfied with Ignite funding and look forward to expanding my investments with them. The paperwork is sometimes very time consuming but in the long run it protects the investment and allows you to review significant amount of information regarding the borrower and the protection you are given to safeguard your investments.
