Dr. Jennifer O'Neill saved my life. I went in for one thing and asked if my issue was unresolved due to my diabetes. She checked my sugar, sent me to the lab downstairs for confirmation, and had her staff contact me through the portal to encourage me to go to the hospital. I want to start this review by saying that Dr. Kreske is awesome. This is my wife’s third child, first child with Dr. Kreske as her doctor, and she is knowledgeable, honest, and empathetic. This negative review is due to mistakes made by the office itself that has resulted in a very large medical bill for my wife and I. My wife saw this office twice before being told at her third visit that they do not do 20-week anatomy scans in office and that she needed to schedule one at an outside facility. Front desk dawn I believe her name was amazing. Dr. Long wasn’t very warm, she almost made me feel stupid for wanting to come in with my safe not sorry while I was feeling discomfort. Her energy was just very fake towards me. While leaving the room she never said take care you are all set or have a nice day she closed the door and I sat there for 20 minutes because they seemed to forgot I was in there. Zara, my M.A was not very professional when I was taken back to my room. I explained that I was very nervous, and that I had some questions before they implanted my Nexplanon. I have had it in the past, I didn’t have a good experience and also developed and infection afterwards.. I prepared myself on my own accord and had a round of antibiotics to use presumptively.. I have been seeing Dr. Mouro since I was 16 years old, I am now 32. I cannot put into words how amazing of a doctor he is. I have had many MANY complications with pregnancies, fertility and other health issues. He stood by my side during it all. He helped when I was scared and not sure what to do.
