I hope that the actual physician is better than his physician assistant Amanda. I had my initial meeting with her today as a new patient. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. She speaks loudly and down to her patience, only interested in what she has to say with no regard for what the patient would like or any type of a holistic approach. The staff are all professional and amazing. I highly recommend. They get you in right away and make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
This place has been awesome for the most part up until they went ahead and terminated my husband‘s treatment for his gastritis and throat irritation. They went ahead and did his last procedure in December and what happened was that they did the procedure but they did not explain what was wrong with him. He had an appointment on January 11 which our daughter was very sick and she had a surgery that day and what happened is we had to call Lynn and reschedule and they told us OK it’s fine. I have anxiety issues, and I don't hear very well, but the staff was very nice and accommodating, I felt at ease and the procedure went OK. They made this old Vet feel safe. Thank you.
