I hope that the actual physician is better than his physician assistant Amanda. I had my initial meeting with her today as a new patient. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. She speaks loudly and down to her patience, only interested in what she has to say with no regard for what the patient would like or any type of a holistic approach. This place has been awesome for the most part up until they went ahead and terminated my husband‘s treatment for his gastritis and throat irritation. They went ahead and did his last procedure in December and what happened was that they did the procedure but they did not explain what was wrong with him. He had an appointment on January 11 which our daughter was very sick and she had a surgery that day and what happened is we had to call Lynn and reschedule and they told us OK it’s fine. Dr. Herraka and the whole staff are wonderful at this GI office. From check-in to discharge, everyone was kind, organized, and efficient. My procedure went smoothly, and they explained everything clearly so I always felt at ease. Truly a team that works together and cares about their patients.
This clinic including staff are very disrespectful and do not help you with anything If you look, their stuff is very bad their staff is quite rude, They will leave you for dead If you do not follow their policies, they’re supposed to dedicate their self to helping people with liver and gastroenterology issues yet they give up on them that quick this company and this staff and schedulingare very very disrespectful as well as deceiving whenever I did call for my son these people do not care. Everyone has a different experience but mine was excellent. Sure, the waiting room and paint colors look like something from an underfunded county hospital in Chicago but I’m not there for that. 😂 I’m there to seen, heard and treated and that’s exactly what I got. As far as anyone being rude, I had a more friendly experience here than at both hospitals. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating from the ladies in the front to the ladies in the back.
