Wonderful! I felt safe with all the staff and doctor Herraka he seems genuinely concerned about his patients.Everyone on his staff were so friendly and nice including his receptionist. I Had a lot of anxiety with doing my procedure they didn't know that but because they were so friendly and caring it helped me out tremendously!Thanks a whole bunch for what you do.
Not only was everyone incredibly polite and understanding, but my visit and procedure went quickly and efficiently. The whole team genuinely cares about you and your health. If you're experiencing any gastrointestinal issues, I highly recommend Dr. Herraka and his wonderful team!
I have had nothing but great experiences every time I've been here for appts, the staff has always been super friendly and always makes me feel at ease. Dr.H and his whole crew are very caring, thorough and know their stuff. Shout out to Coco( thanks for the banding certificate 🤣) and the rest of them for taking AMAZING care of me and keeping me laughing, yall are seriously some of the best care team I've ever had.
Fantastic staff from front desk to the Dr's! Great sense of humor, make you comfortable, caring and make you feel really relaxed. If my husband and I could give more than 5 stars weI would.
Dr Herraka did a fine job finding out what my issue was. I'm grateful. All personal were very professional and kind. Building and offices could use an update. I will return nonetheless.
