Every time I have an appointment or procedure I get excellent care! I set a pretty high expectation for my physicians and they go above and beyond! I never feel unsure about a visit or procedure. The staff or "the girls" 😄 are so fun but professional at the same time. I love this office, staff, and doctor. I won't go anywhere else.
Straight to the point with everything. The Nurse Practitioner answered all of my questions and heard out all of my concerns. The people at the front desk answered all of my questions and the nurses there provided comfort to my concerns about the procedure. Dr. Herraka did the procedure, told me what was wrong, why it happened and provided a solution. Can’t ask for more than that.
I have had nothing but great experiences every time I've been here for appts, the staff has always been super friendly and always makes me feel at ease. Dr.H and his whole crew are very caring, thorough and know their stuff. Shout out to Coco( thanks for the banding certificate 🤣) and the rest of them for taking AMAZING care of me and keeping me laughing, yall are seriously some of the best care team I've ever had.
I had A Great Visit And was Taken Care of! Had to wait A few more minutes than The Set Appointment Time, But Overall it was Okay! Thanks for The Great Service #Keyplayer
Dr Herraka did a fine job finding out what my issue was. I'm grateful. All personal were very professional and kind. Building and offices could use an update. I will return nonetheless.
