I am new to Arkansas, Doctor Herraka is the first doctor I’ve seen in his field, since moving here. Let me tell you, I am very impressed with him, he’s so intelligent and right on top of things! I’m also very thankful for his kindness and genuine concern! The staff was very efficient, Georgia got my IV started and she did a fantastic job, all of them took great care of me, I was also very impressed with Bryant, the anesthesiologist!
My husband and I have been going to Dr Herraka for at least ten years. He is the most compassionate doctor you would ever want caring for you. His kind demeanor and most certainly a good listener make you feel at ease and more apt to open up to him. He is most definitely a skilled physician and we are grateful he remains in our lives helping us to live longer for our families.
The entire experience with Dr.Herraka and staff is amazing. The times I have to return they remember me. Very good things to say. Thank you for taking care of me and making me feel special.
Everything was as they explained it would be. I was scared going in, when I found out there were extras that I was not expecting so soon. Dr. Herraka was very competent. His assistants were really good. His anesthesiologist was friendly, knowledgeable,and kind. The procedure nurse was outstanding because she put an IV in the back of my hand the first try, which I considered to be impossible since I have always been notoriously difficult in getting IV’s put in my body. I was very pleased with my whole experience.
