The staff here took very good care of me 🩷. They also worked with my schedule situation, as my husband was scheduled to be in town for a very short period of time. They got me in for the initial visit & scheduled for procedure the next day. They took very good care of me while I was there, & eased my anxiety before procedure. I'm grateful they were able to get me in while I had my hubby to drive me 🩷.
I cannot say enough good things about this GI and liver specialist center. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team, nurses, and doctors went above and beyond to be kind and accommodating. Medical appointments can sometimes feel stressful, but everyone here treats you with genuine care and respect. They took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed. Thank you all for the outstanding care!
The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the procedure room. They make sure you’re comfortable and check on you multiple times. They verify multiple times why you are there and the doctor did the same. Even after the procedure they are friendly and helpful and make sure you are safe when you leave. Any negative reviews I would assume come from people with a confrontational or bad attitude. I would absolutely return if I ever need anything gastro again!!!
This facility is outstanding, and so polite. I am so thankful for being a patient. The Nurse Practioner truly made a difference, and she listened to me. Hands ✋️ down one of the best!!!! Thank you
I have anxiety issues, and I don't hear very well, but the staff was very nice and accommodating, I felt at ease and the procedure went OK. They made this old Vet feel safe. Thank you.
