Dr. Herraka and his staff make you feel comfortable and at ease. I have never had a bad experience. I have recommended several people to this office.
Straight to the point with everything. The Nurse Practitioner answered all of my questions and heard out all of my concerns. The people at the front desk answered all of my questions and the nurses there provided comfort to my concerns about the procedure. Dr. Herraka did the procedure, told me what was wrong, why it happened and provided a solution. Can’t ask for more than that.
I have had nothing but great experiences every time I've been here for appts, the staff has always been super friendly and always makes me feel at ease. Dr.H and his whole crew are very caring, thorough and know their stuff. Shout out to Coco( thanks for the banding certificate 🤣) and the rest of them for taking AMAZING care of me and keeping me laughing, yall are seriously some of the best care team I've ever had.
Coco was the RN who did my procedure. She was lovely, kind and very gentle. Plus she had me cracking up most of the time! She certainly made me feel at ease and explained the procedure quite well, making sure I understood. As we were going through the procedure, she continually checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I really couldn’t have asked for a better visit.
I had A Great Visit And was Taken Care of! Had to wait A few more minutes than The Set Appointment Time, But Overall it was Okay! Thanks for The Great Service #Keyplayer
