I feel like they worked pretty quickly for all that had to be done. Our SUV had massive hail damage from bumper to bumper. They explained the process well. The actual timeline was a little over a week longer than the 1 month they gave, but again, there was a lot to do. They were VERY quick to respond when I texted them to see how things were going. Had an extremely positive experience using iHail to repair my car in Austin. Barrett was very responsive with scheduling and updates, and coordinated everything with insurance and rental car. The initial appointment took less than 20 minutes and my car was ready 48 hours after the insurance appraiser signed off. Effortlessness and convenient. Highly recommend.
