I had requested an appt early in the morning from their website and got a call within an hour of them opening to get me in the same morning! From the first phone call to set up an appointment, the cheerful greeting at the front desk, to the dental assistant and Dr Lina- I had exceptional care and service! I felt at ease and cared for by every single person. I came in with a broken tooth and left about an hour later with a temp crown & I’m super thankful!!

I recently had my semi-annual cleaning with Angel, and it was a wonderfully positive experience. She took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Before starting, she performed a detailed examination of my mouth and neck. Angel's professionalism and attention to detail made me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. I've been coming here for 28 years, and they never disappoint! I recently saw Terri for a routine cleaning and had an amazing experience. She was incredibly personable, gentle, and thorough, making the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. Her expertise showed in the way she worked with ease while also offering helpful tips and advice for maintaining a healthy smile. Have been going to Dr Lans Family Dentistry for more than 15 years and love the doctors and hygienists! They are consistently excellent and always on time. We briefly went to another dentist in Reston while my son was in braces and had a horrible experience where they suggested a family member had 8 cavities. We took the xrays back to Dr. Lans office and they advised it was a scam.... we have never gone anyone else since! Highly recommend!

This was our first visit with the dentist, myself and two kids (6 and 8). It was a wonderful experience. The lady at the desk was super nice and gave me a welcome gift. There is a little nook for the kids to play without disturbing others and a treasure chest. We were all seen at the same time, the kids had no problem being on their own. The dentist explained everything and showed me the issues via pictures, made recommendations for myself and the kids, but with options and no pressure.
