The doctors are great, and so is Allie. She goes out of her way to help people, but the office is the extremely unorganized. There are a lot mixups unfortunately which forces you to be on top of them vs the other way around. I had a procedure for a nerve block that was supposed to be on Friday and had questions about the risks of the procedure and side effects, and nobody even got back to me, forcing me to cancel a procedure I really need because I couldn’t discuss the risks and side effects. Dr Hagle and a hand full of staff are amazing. The rest of the staff are not able to handle simple instructions and mess up almost everything. One of many debacles. On vacation without medication because they screwed that up also. Called into wrong pharmacy now. No sleep and pain on vacation. Very disappointed.
Had a minor procedure done. Extremely effective. The staff was incredible. Made me feel at ease. Dr Yaacoub was amazing. I didn’t feel anything. He told me each step and what I’d feel. They followed up with a call. I’m not easily impressed except now!
Terrible experiences throughout. So upset I can't see straight. The day before waiting 7 weeks for a shot for agonizing pain they called and canceled the procedure. Stating, yet again, "sorry we dropped the ball", "again". Not the first or second time we heard that while waiting 7 weeks for the SCHEDULED procedure. We are going to the insurance company to have them flagged. Dr. Hagle, if I were you, I would get better help. I wish we could not pay you for the nothing service we received.
