As I sit here waiting earlier this morning to be seen by My Pain Dr. Todd Hagle,I’ve been seeing him for the past 12+years. When DR Hagle move I follow him he’s the best not only does he sit with you and find out your pain levels, and what can be done he comes up with the solution that you & he agrees on. And my nurse Brittney RN, is always on point not only is she a kind sweet person she cares about your care. She starts my IV without hesitation gets me all the time when I’m talking LOL! And Marisa is another great young la... read more

Beware of this location. They take personal information and never call you back. They'll take all your personal info, then have you send in documents and records only to never call you back. Happened twice. They said I sent the records to the wrong department ( which they provide the email address) and had me resend and never called back. This is especially concerning due to the amount identity theft happening currently within the medical field. Mine and my children's personal information is being sold on the dark web due t... read more

I am happy with my procedures. The most recent procedure we did worked very well. I have been with Dr. Yaccoub for 10+ years. I was out of state for 7 of those years and flew home for my appointments. Steven Perry is very pleasant and helpful. There is another woman I can’t recall her name but she was a physicians assistant I think and I liked her too. Different perspectives or recommendations to tweak minor things sometimes have a big difference. There absolutely are some delays in communication in the office, however, they... read more

Dr. Hagle, who had been treating me, prescribed steroids, which my chart says I cannot take. I'm the patient and trusted him instead of checking to be sure he knew what he was doing. I've been in too much pain to think clearly and I pay him to be the doctor. I ended up in the ER and a 2 1/2 day stay in the hospital because the steroids messed up by already uncontrollable blood pressure. When I called his office to tell them what he did, he called me back and insinuated that it was my fault for taking them and falsely claime... read more

Run as fast as you can from Dr. Hagle, Alley and many staff Horrible experiences pain worse after many treatments. Saw him for a long time hoping I would feel better. Last procedure on my spine/epidural-I chose to be awake for all of them. This allowed me to be able to tell him immediately that I felt tingling all the way from my shoulder to my fingers. Then immediately felt hot burning liquid fill my arm and run all the way down to my hand. That was July 29th. July 30th dr Hagle wrote a letter, certified mail no less d... read more
