Great practice! I’ve been a patient for 8 years. Dr. Dallas and PA Steve who have overseen my care, are both knowledgable professionals who display a rare compassion for their patients and practice a collaborative approach to care. As a patient, you feel part of a team and your voice is truly heard when forming your treatment plan and next steps. They are also just good people you can trust. 😊

If I could give the 0 stars I would. They sent me for test and used a pharmacy not approved by my insurance. When I called to tell them they said “ oh your prescription is on the way “, which was a lie. Don’t count on bedside manner from anyone there. Ugh should have made an appointment somewhere else. This is why they were the only place that had openings! Ugh

I would give this place zero stars if possible. First, horrible process of trying to schedule an appt or make any changes - you can not direct contact any office, you have to go thru a general line and if you’re lucky, they will maybe connect you to the right office. Second, they won’t give you an exact time for an injection appoint until three days before when they call. And for me, who needed a driver for my appt, that meant not knowing and not being able to tell my job that I needed time off until three days before. The... read more

I would recommend you if I were through with my treatment--when I would know if it is successive. So far, I have no complaints. Everyone has been kind and considerate and efficient.

I was a returning patient and was very to be able to return to the practice and see Dr Yacoub. He is very thorough and takes as much time as necessary to do a thorough exam And then develope a treatment plan that both Dr Yacoub and I felt would work best.
