Just a bad experience overall. I was actually encouraged by the front desk person to leave a negative review if I was dissatisfied. So here it is ... Doctors had confusion about when the trial was over. Dr. Moten was confused day of - thinking he was putting in a permanent . That scared me. Maybe that's why the lead removal days got screwed up by them. I think my doctor went on vacation or something after the implant trial day...so 7 days later he was unavailable...so they set the trial for 9 days. I found out on... read more
Great practice! I’ve been a patient for 8 years. Dr. Dallas and PA Steve who have overseen my care, are both knowledgable professionals who display a rare compassion for their patients and practice a collaborative approach to care. As a patient, you feel part of a team and your voice is truly heard when forming your treatment plan and next steps. They are also just good people you can trust. 😊
This office is very incompetent. People an appointment was made two weeks ago for a task on location, which is listed on the website and confirmed by their associate the day of the appointment they called and notify us that the location is no longer opened. The patient had to wait Two weeks to find out on the day of the appointment that the doctor cannot see her in that location it seems very unprofessional and their website is not updated to list the correct location. I do not recommend this place.
If I could give the 0 stars I would. They sent me for test and used a pharmacy not approved by my insurance. When I called to tell them they said “ oh your prescription is on the way “, which was a lie. Don’t count on bedside manner from anyone there. Ugh should have made an appointment somewhere else. This is why they were the only place that had openings! Ugh
I was a returning patient and was very to be able to return to the practice and see Dr Yacoub. He is very thorough and takes as much time as necessary to do a thorough exam And then develope a treatment plan that both Dr Yacoub and I felt would work best.
