I would give this place zero stars if possible. First, horrible process of trying to schedule an appt or make any changes - you can not direct contact any office, you have to go thru a general line and if you’re lucky, they will maybe connect you to the right office. Second, they won’t give you an exact time for an injection appoint until three days before when they call. And for me, who needed a driver for my appt, that meant not knowing and not being able to tell my job that I needed time off until three days before. The... read more
Dr. Hagle is the best pain doctor I've ever had. He is patient , understanding and compassionate. I must also mention RN Brittany, the nurse anesthetist. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and has a warm, comforting and knowledgeable presence. In addition to Dr. Hagle and Brittany, I would like to commend Kate, the medical assistant. Very nice staff and nurses. Dr needs to work on his smile and interacting with patients more. Also, they need to work more on getting to the patients appointment times better. I really enjoy the Illinois pain and spine institute
Dr. Hagle is a wonderful person. He explains your care in detail and what your options are. Fantastic doctor. Steven Perry is awesome to have as a PA. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Illinois Pain and Spine is a great place to get care.
I appreciate being able to talk to an actual person when I’ve needed to call the office Dr Yaacoub is my doctor. I’ve been a patient at Illinois Pain for many years and I’m very glad to have Dr Yaacoub handling my care. I’m very impressed with him
