Iam giving 2 stars for the person in charge of scheduling. I made my appointment on June 27th for July 17th at the McHenry office. On July 10th I received a call from the Barrington office about my appointment there on July 15th. Because of the severity of the pain I was having I chose the McHenry office which is 10minutes from my home. After a intense conversation with Colleen who insisted I changed the appointment. Absolutely amazing! Dr. Hagle and staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. First Dr. that I have found to really try to help me. He listens to me about my pain. Super smart Dr. willing to go the lengths to figure it out and understand me.
I've been going to Illinois pain and spine for 4years .I am very happy with the professional treatment I get and so happy that it gives me a great amount of relief. Dr. Y is excellent at his treatment skills for me and his patients .He's the best!
I was pleasantly surprised to discover neuropathy pain can be a thing of the past. Life is tough enough without chronic pain!
In severe pain for weeks. I was affirmed, encouraged and promised there was help. First treatment within one week. I had watched so many heads shake when I said the word Fibromyalgia. Not here. I was treated with respect and given hope.
