Everyone was nice, just disorganized. I left there feeling confident that I found someone was going to help me.....then the chaos began. Phone call telling me to get an xray on my left knee to get approved for those gel shots in the knee for osteoarthritis. My left knee had a knee replacement, its my right knee I need the shots in. So this went on for 5 weeks if not 6. Then once this is straightened out, they never ordered the shots. So they canceled all the appointments I had scheduled and that screwed up my work schedule.... read more
I have nothing but horrible things to say about this place. Terrible customer service, terrible doctors, and the worst communication at an office yet. I just transferred here from my regular pain management office down in Des Plaines. The reason why I needed a transfer is because Des Plaines is over an hour drive for me, and with the Illinois roads, it makes the drive very uncomfortable, painful, and unbearable. Dr Hagel is awesome. The practice still needs to work on the support staffs rudeness,politeness and doing things correctly. Nurses are great
Dr. Yacoumb I think that's how you spell last name. Highly recommend ! He is a doctor that listens and helps with my pain. Staff is great too
Iam giving 2 stars for the person in charge of scheduling. I made my appointment on June 27th for July 17th at the McHenry office. On July 10th I received a call from the Barrington office about my appointment there on July 15th. Because of the severity of the pain I was having I chose the McHenry office which is 10minutes from my home. After a intense conversation with Colleen who insisted I changed the appointment. I called the McHenry office and was told the Dr was overbooked and I was taken off the schedule. This ... read more
