Dr Pollack has been seeing me since I walked in and had pain in one of my eyes. I immediately went into emergency surgery to repair a detached retina. Dr Pollack is probably the best Dr I have ever experienced. He’s all business with a little personal dialogue if you push …. The best Dr in the business. His staff are over the top. I have been seeing him for 3 years now and it all gets better.
Staff was all friendly and supportive. Dr. Pollack is relatable and explains things very clearly. The reminder call set an expectation as to how long the visit would be, which was very helpful. My son has autism, and sometimes taking him places can be challenging. Every person from reception to the doctor engaged with him and was very kind. I felt like we were very well supported while we were there and had all of our questions answered and our concerns addressed. I would recommend this practice without hesitation.
Excellent follow up appointment overall. I was in and out of their office in 25 minutes. Very professional and courteous staff.
Altough the initial computer profile is a bit of a pain, it is comprehensive & does not recur except to ask for health changes. The office staff is very personable & efficient at each of their jobs. Appointments are on-time & more rapid than any other doctors' office I've been to. The nurse technicians effectively take care of the preliminary procedures & updated info before you see the doctor. I thought my condition was an emergency which might need urgent laser corrective surgery. The receptionist received the phone call answered friendly and accepted my request of seeing the doctor immediately. She advised me to come within an hour which was comparable to my driving from my home. Upon arrival at the office. they greeted me right away and my registration started immediately.
