The staff and Dr. Sabherwal are always warm and welcoming. The wait time was under 1.5 hours which I really appreciated and that’s with full service for eye exam etc., and I still had time to ask the doctor questions. Great professional staff!
Dr. Sabherwal and everyone in the Illinois Retina Associates office are helpful and kind! He explains everything in detail and it helps so much to understand what is going on with my eyes. I have no question I am getting the best care.
IL Retina Assoc at Rush Medical center is one of the best eye centers in Chicago. The service is quick, all the staff in the office is nice and pleasant. Dr. Sabherwal was great and he was able to answer all quesrions and made a great suggestion that I would benefit from seeing an Oculoplasty specialist. I would definitely recommend this eye center to family, friends and others 😊👍✌
Dr Sabherwal goes the extra mile for his patients. When he and his staff found out that their group was out of network, they readily informed me of the extra cost and provided me with the name of a surgeon within my network, who came highly recommended by Dr Sabherwal, himself. Subsequently, when Dr Sabherwal learned of my difficulties in establishing care at the alternate site, he personally called me to see if he could be of further assistance. Dr. Sabherwal and his staff are outstanding! I cannot say enough positive things about their offices and customer service. I went through a very difficult eye procedure and Dr. Sabherwal walked me through each step. He even went out of his way to call me at home when I was experiencing some troubling side effects and then saw me at his Rush office within 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I will definitely be recommending him and his team to my friends in the future! Thank you!
