Dr. Raiji is an extremely, knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring eye doctor. She listens to your concerns and questions. Will provide several course of treatment if available and help you decide what is the best course of action. In addition her team of assistants is also amazing and willing to ensure your needs are being met.
My worst appointment experience. My appointment was at 2:40. Waited 45 minutes to be taken back. Then put in room to be seen by doctor waited another 45 minutes. This is why appointment is made. Uncalled for. Then Dr only spent like 5 minutes with me. Feeling rushed. I will not be returning to see this Doctor. Terrible
My first time experience was phenomenal! Dr. Raiji and her team made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. It really didn’t feel like I was there for 2-3 hours. I had a lot of testing done everything was done in a timely manner. I’m very pleased with the outcome I had with Dr. Raiji. Answered questions on the matter with great clarity and understanding.
I recommend Illinois Retina Associates and Veena Raiji. MD I've been to many places in the past. Their office is ultimately the best I've ever experienced. They have the top of the line equipment to test your eyes for any condition you may have. Very thorough testing i was very happy and satisfied. Dr Raiji is the most professional Dr I've ever met. As always when I visit Dr. Raiji she always make me feel comfortable in my/our decisions we make about my eye health. She always pleasant and patient with me and I don't mind waiting 1-3 to visit her and I would recommend her for anyone who may have eye problems as myself, thank you Dr. Raiji for taking the time to help me with your honesty and professionalism .
