Dr Raiji is amazing! She is always up beat, and conversational. She is considered about her patients and has great expertise in what she does and how she explains it to her patients. A visit with her always brightens my day and that's saying a lot about a visit to a doctor.
It was a great experience. I got there 1-1/2 early because I had an eye appointment across the hall. I was prepared to sit 2-3 hours as usual. They took me right away and was so cordial. They are so professional. I usually dread coming there but today was exceptional.
I love this Dr. and her team! They are thoughtful and and kind. I so appreciate the care that they show me each and every time I have to visit them.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place , While Dr Raiji is an amazing doctor the overall experience is really unbearable , they constantly over schedule themselves so the wait times are long , they use the dilation of your eyes as an excuse for long waits but that only takes 15-30 minutes per google search . Today was extra bad as the AC was also not working at the clinic . Dr. Raiji make everything clear and difficult things very comfortable. Her staff is exceptional efficient and warm. There was no waiting time between tests. My eyes were dilated, photographed and explained in less than an hour and I never felt rushed. All questions and future plans were clear. Dr. Rajij and her amazing staff are an amazing team!
