Provider hardly physically examined patient. Stayed sitting at the computer, facing the computer the ENTIRE appointment. We gave him a verbal timeline of what was going on and he ignored about 90-95% of what was said. When we were needing help following our initial appointment he again ignored our concerns and never put our minds to ease
