Pro technician, Steven, applied comprehensive diagnostics and common sense functional observations explaining everything. Was truthful in keeping our unit ( Bosch front loader) and even our Whirlpool dryer (with manual controls) even though only the washer had a problem. Appreciate getting real feedback from people like Steven that deal with several appliance manufacturers. Immediate Appliance is great! I was having an issue with my dryer and they were able to send a technician out asap. He checked it out, explained the issue to me and told me what they could do to fix it. He was back as soon as the part came in, fixed the dryer, cleaned it out and left no mess. Dryer works like new again!

Absolutely the best. They came the next morning to fix my washing machine and Giovani the technician was knowledgeable and was able to get my machine up and running in no time. He had the part on the truck and did not have to order anything. I was never so happy to do laundry!!! Was beyond happy with their service!
