Fast, friendly and reliable about sums it up. Been having an off and on leak from my refrigerator for a couple months. Asked for a recommendation from my town Facebook group and the only company named was Immediate Appliance Repair and the owner Rob Gerrity. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Visit 1: The tech came diagnosed the problem and said the part will take a week. Visit 2: 1.5 weeks later he comes and says he misdiagnosed the problem and needs a different part. Visit 3: 1.5 later he comes back says they gave him the wrong part. Viait 4: 1 week later he comes to install correct part. He installs and leaves, 8 hrs later its warmer inside the fridge (75) then in the kitchen(72) (fridge was blowing warm air). This energetic and positive young man clearly loves his work, has passionate insight into appliances and electronics, and has a can-do spirit.
