I called Immediate Appliance and they had a technician come out to my house within a few days. They assessed what was wrong with my washing machine, ordered the part and was back out to my house to replace the tub boot. I’m very impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and how fast they were able to come fix my washing machine. I couldn’t be more happy with their service and would recommend them in the future. Thank you!
I Decided to use Immediate appl, after reading some of their reviews. Well I must say, they were absolutely on the money, Jay was my tech and he wanted to get in touch with LG and get their opinion on my dryers problem, so he ordered a part and it was problem solved! He ordered the part and the next day it had arrived and was installed. The part is warrantied for two years and a 90-day labor warranty too!! SATISFIED CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
