I recently completed my Standard First Aid and CPR in-person training here, and it was an amazing experience! The practical training was very hands-on and easy to understand. Veerpal Kaur was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire course. She explained every step clearly and made sure everyone felt confident while practicing the skills. I truly appreciate her professionalism and friendly approach.
I enrolled in their security guard training program, paid the full amount, and completed all the required lessons. However, I never received my certificate or any official documents afterward. I tried contacting their support team multiple times, but they ignored my messages. This is highly unprofessional — I strongly advise others to avoid wasting their time and money here.
I signed up for a 5-day security guard + first aid course in Sept and paid in full — it was supposed to let me sit the licensing exam. Months later: delays, excuses about a “system,” and now silence. It’s not just money — it’s lost time and stalled plans.
It was very teribble experience sorry to say this but .What actually happened the guy from office called me and told that take the CPR and first aid training from outside (Any organization like red cross) and I completed the training and they told me to refund the money of First aid and cpr but when I completed and gave them certificate and they did not initiate even my refund it was like 100 dollars.even nobody is picking up my phone call and also they are not giving me the training number also I told them that it's importa... read more
