I've had a negative experience with Imperial in the past by not getting my calls returned, and not getting any information. Even though I was ready to buy I felt like they didn't want to do business with me. Fast forward to today. I walked in to look at an RS660 Extrema and walked out a happy customer with the keys. Dan and Dylan helped me seal the deal, & I couldn't be happier to be back on a bike. They helped me with financing and loading my new bike onto my truck. Aside from my past experience with communication, the gu... read more

I found Imperial Sportbikes when I was looking for a place to install my tires and all I can say is this place is fantastic! My tires came in early so I called in to see if they could move the appointment up and they worked with me to find a time and they had me out same day with no issues. They did charge quite a bit for a compression test—around $400—which felt steep. The chain was old and I would have been happy to get a heads up about that. That said, the bike was generally what they represented. I was happy with the purchase and the pric... read more

David in sales and the rest of the team took great care of me during my purchase of a new bike. Quick to respond with communication. Helpful with prioritizing add ons to the bike. Fun to work with. Had the bike ready for pick up in no time at all. Glad I found this place and looking forward to using them for service and resources in the future.

I purchased a bike from Imperial and had it shipped to me in California. From my first inquiry, the service I've received has been great! They are honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend this business.
