Smells good. Cleaning staff are diligent with respects to keeping everything tidy. Staff are friendly and easy to relate to. Building is older with new owners and management. Coordinating efforts to restructure and upgrade the buildings.

Since Skyline has taking over this place has gone down hill. No ongoing heat Since Oct. Its freezing in here. Everytime i complain to the superintendent all they say is we are working on it. Ive got two small children in here. We keep getting sick. They constantly turn off the water to the building, sometimes even twice in one week. This has been an ongoing issue since Oct. Things started out kind of shaky when I moved in a year ago. However, with a new resident manager, things really improved. Maintenance requests are now addressed in a timely manner. The physical plant continues to improve. Some visitors remarked that the building has the "feel" of a high class hotel. We now have a working exercise room. Staff are visible and friendly. Keep up the good work.
If I could give it zero stars I would, 2000$ a month that's for a 2 bedroom + utility's and 50$ per vehicle. When you move into youre apartment you'll soon after realize that there are roommate's already living with you ( COCKROACHES ) the entire building has them, they know about them but aren't doing anything about it and apartments get sprayed for the people who complain about problem but there people who enjoy living with the cockroaches I won't let them spray so they be back in your unit with in a week or two.
