1st off the diagnosis to repairs. completion almost a week. lack of communication and someone scratched the car and the service manager failed to take accountability for the incident. Definitely not happy with the service offered here

When in the For a oil change but not even a good morning I get not friendly.and only because I didn’t get other service on my car they didn’t offer me if a wanted new filterair than they suggested last time I was there

Paid $200 for them to tell me the cost of replacing the blower was $1000. They don’t want my business anymore.

I went in for an oil change today and after two hours they told me my vehicle was ready however when I showed up they told me it wasn’t actually ready yet and I proceeded to wait another hour. When I did receive my vehicle it appeared as if someone ran errands using my vehicle. My odometer had increased by 30 miles, the vehicle smelled like in n out burger, and there were random receipts in my passenger seat from today.

I was told 2 hours and half wait and waited almost 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment.once, I received my car back, the tire alignment still felt the same like if my car didn't even get any work done the tire alignment and tire rotation feels the same

Service is good, the price is higher compared with two years ago, increased too much

Cleanliness and overall the service is good, what I didn't like was the fact that they don't wash the car correctly before handing it back. In fact the other time I had brought it in for service they didn't washed it at all. And I had to tell the attendant to take it back. This time it was dirty w leaves that a gardener was cutting grass and trees.. He was giving it to me back Like that.. So I told him to take it back.. He did but looked upset.

My vehicle all of the sudden would not work. Would not go into neutral and had several warning lights. I had it towed and the drive had a rough time getting the vehicle on and off. (Locked up wheels) When the dealership contacted me about the issue the only thing they found was a low battery. They did not explain the lights (except the battery light never came on), the locked up wheel and of course the only thing that needed to be changed was the battery. Honestly i am regretting buying my car from this place to get something repaired that is supposed to be under warranty is always a big issue i paid thousands off dollars extra for an “extended warranty” that apperently doesnt cover anything
