Wrong information drove back forth twice for them to do nothing and didn't explain properly and when I did tell them I was unhappy they said oh well no our problem take it up with corporate. Never have I ever been treated like this at a dealership or service department anywhere.

This dealer was my favor place since I bought my first nissan. I had bought 3 Nissan since.I used to take my vehicles for services here. On September 12, I took my Nissan Rogue for a break diagnostic. They charged me $200 for the diagnostic. The engine had a rattle. Car had 800 miles when I bought I they told me that previous owner didn’t got approved. But I think they return this car because of the problems that the car had. "NOT WORTH IT!!!" Zero Stars.NOT WORTH IT!!! Unfortunately I bought a used Certified car here last week and to my bad luck I sign off on the Cooling-off period or else I would have gave them back the car. Only an hour after buying it, I got the check engine light on and it was due to them pumping gas and not closing the nob correctly. I bought my car March 2014 at the time I bought it they told me I would get 3 oil changes for free I went to the service and they told me that they don't do that, that I would have to pay. I refinanced my car June 2015 and requested for a refund on my GAP insurance and till today I still have not gotten a call back. Everytime I call I get sent straight to voicemail. Beware!!! Do not buy here!! This dealer uses yo-yo financing, they give you the car at a lower interest rate, thay let you drive it for a few days and then they call saying the bank did not aprove it, that they need to sign another contract and they DOUBLE the interest and down payment, these people specially sales guy Daniel and his boss are not honest and by the way you don't have to sign any new contract, because you already did and they have to respect it, i was lucky i researched about yo-yo financing and made them lowe... read more
Bait and switch, Using carwoo.com they quoted $22k on new 2013 Altima SV. Glad I checked their Yelp and dealerrater.com reviews, made me think twice and ask for hard numbers before going to the dealership.
