Nothing but great 👍 things to say! They have always attended to my calls and addressed any of my concerns. I went ahead and got my Windshield Replaced and it looks fantastic! Will was an absolute delight. Some sensor stopped working after the replacement but calling back to Impex they were more than happy to come out to me and take a look at it. Worked through State Farm insurance to fix a cracked windshield and the experience was great. Jordan came to me and had the windshield off and fixed quickly. Job was done to the highest quality, would recommend.
I noticed when the technicians were installing the glass on my vehicle they were struggling to place my rear view mirror back in place. They eventually placed it on there right but then noticed the following day the part by the rear view mirror was loose. I’m highly disappointed.
Needed a new windowshield for my 2012 focus. They where quick with a quote. They had to postpone dew to rain. They where here the next day. Christ was upfront with anything that might happen with the install with the car being 14 years old. He was able to replace the windshield. If you're looking to get your windshield replaced I highly recommend them.
Impex Auto Glass Cheryl Mulroney Just had my windshield replaced by John Miller and Charles Atkins, they were so good. They replaced the windshield and calibrated it in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable about the products. Also gave me useful information about the company I didn’t know. I will be using this company and recommending them to my friends.
