Had my floors changed from Rugs to Floating floors. They look beautiful and our family loves them. Had a very nice crew working very hard and professionally. They explained everything in details as they were going along and asked our preferences on certain details. The crew was a pleasure to have in our home. As with any home improvement project, they take your money upfront and don't finish the job. In my case it cost me $3000 for a half-finished project. Paid for this flooring job March 12th 2026 and still isn't done. Said they had to order more flooring. But after too much of my time had passed, I reached out and they said it was never ordered. They never reached out to me telling me that it would cost me more money to finish the job after signing a contract. Being kind and understanding on my part is being taken advantage of.

Impressive Floors installed our carpet in June of 2021 shortly after we closed on our new home. They were willing to schedule us in a very tight time frame to accommodate several home renovations and a painter. We were very gratuitous in their ability to fit us in their schedule, but shortly after moving in, we noticed some issues with the installation. Meh…I expected a lot more and had issues every step of the way and always an excuse. We were told it would be a four day install and it ended up being 3 weeks due to issues.
