Don't work for them! If you're dyslexic they will discriminate, and they try to control your bathroom breaks. Both are EEOC violations. They like to bully employees and lie and claim they " aren't toxic " I also personally witnessed Aaron trespass on property clearly marked " No trespassing" and peak into windows multiple times when doing door to door. Impulsum is an amazing opportunity for people who want to become leaders and push themselves. I personally love the environment and the relationships you build with your coworkers. It is something different from where I've previously been employed but in a good way.
They LIE when they hire you they tell you that you will be paid hourly for orientation, being in the field etc. but when you tell them you will miss a day of your first week they tell you it’s ok and that you will still be paid but when pay day comes they ignore your calls and texts just for the next day to be told you will NOT be paid for the whole week for missing a day which they told you was ok.
The owner won’t pay you unless you make sales. Essentially telling you, your time doesn’t matter. Walking milesssss and no lunch or food stipend. Make it to leadership? Congrats now you get to waste your own gas with no reimbursements. Owner is an okay guy I just think anyone who makes it to ownership has to have apathy for those who struggle. I had an amazing experience with Alisha! She was funny, personable, and knowledgeable during our entire conversation. Besides the fact that she was offering a good deal for a new Verizon plan, my positive interaction with her was the main reason I decided to give it a try. Alisha personally followed up with me and always made sure I was 100% satisfied. Her customer service has been nothing but exceptional :)
