Trish gave us very detailed, friendly and professional advice on adapting a ring that had been in the family for generations. We felt her advice was impartial- she clearly didn’t want us to spend money on adaptations that wouldn’t last or might damage the ring. My wife was delighted with the finished ring. It was great to have Trish’s as a known human contact throughout the process.
