Great storage facility!! Tricia is extremely helpful showing you the units, locks, entry door procedures. I’ve had our stuff kept at a different storage facility that was not climate controlled for the last two years. Our ride on toys are now starting to rust even though they’re new and only used a few times a year when grandkids come to town, I guess from the intense humidity and freezing cold they were subjected to at the other facility. This is a beautiful new storage facility, with convenient loading access, super clean units, brand new security systems, and best of all the management staff is great to work with.
This storage facility has everything you could want and more! It has convenient loading access, clean units, security systems, and most importantly they are climate controlled units that come in all sizes. Management and staff are extremely easy to work with and accommodating. I recommend this new storage facility to everyone!
The facilities are very clean and well lit. I made the switch to In Towne Self Storage because my previous self storage facility was charging me more for less space and the facility was not well kept. Very glad I made the switch!
Took a tour of the facility today. WOW! Great variety of unit sizes. Very clean! Very safe! They have cameras all over. There are TVs in the office where you can view the live footage from cameras. Huge parking lot that is fenced in .... with cameras also. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
