Fantastic helpful and very friendly. Was in need of a loading dock and storage space. When the closing date of my house. Didn't line up with arrival of container for a move overseas. Cathy and In Towne storage to the rescue. I highly recommend them 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Cathy and Shannon are pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and efficient. Facility is well-maintained and clean. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend In Towne for storage needs in Sandwich or Plano. Also rented a U-Haul truck there!

After an initial visit to see the facility with Kathy showing me around. I was impressed with the cleanliness, security and professional business manner. I returned the next day and rented 4 -10x15 units. Shannon waited on me. Kathy had related all the details from the previous days visit so it went smoothly.
