I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others are aware before moving in. I moved into my apartment on July 22, 2025, and have had ongoing pest issues since the very beginning. I reported the problem to management multiple times, starting on August 5, 2025, and even paid out of pocket for pest control services myself because the issue continued. Don’t recommend living here unless you like to live without A/C for a MONTH or not be able to use the pool because nobody knows how to take care of it…but Love to have your rent increased and nothing to show for it

Waited a year for a couch for the “furnished” apartment we paid our entire lease for. Tried blaming us for not completing a checklist but we moved from out of state and were here a WEEK after our lease started. A WEEK for them to do what they needed to and they didn’t! then we have ROACHES!!! I’m so disgusted it’s not even funny

ROACHES. I was given an apartment with roaches. This is not an acceptable property.

pvalley sisters are still at it ratchet and ghetto and giving out nasty apartments.
The number one thing to be mindful of here is the people that you’re going to be around. If you don’t mind living in a place that’s drug infested, this is an ok place. If you don’t mind trying to maneuver around people that are parked literally in the middle of the street as they wait for their sibling, friend, etc. to come down, then this place might not be too bad for you. If you don’t mind your vehicle getting broken into and your packages getting stolen from your front door, then you might actually enjoy living here. One... read more
This place doesn't care enough to even have their #1 amenity available for use in 90 °+ weather so if they offer our pool use as part of the rent don't believe them or that rent covers nice big outside grills please don't believe that either. Rent al office is just doing what they are told...nothing! Do the least that can be done for the cheapest price even if it takes til November to make simple pool fully functional ! Resident

RecommendedStart by changing management. Have the apartments exterminated before moving tenants in and stop trying to get over on people. RENTERS BEWARE!!!! Not a great place, management isn't the best to work with. This place is all out for money, when you move out they'll try to get you to pay for achy and everything! My family and I was there for a month and barely stayed there in the month because of roaches which they tried to say we brought with us when we sprayed and ask for an exterminator before moving in.
