We had a great experience at Indian Point Campground over the Fourth of July weekend! Even though the campground was completely packed and very busy, everything was handled well. We had a small issue during our stay, and Adam, the property manager, took care of it quickly and professionally. He went above and beyond to make sure our weekend turned out great. We stayed at Indian Point on Lake Barkley on our way back from a visit to Northeast Kentucky. The setting is very nice with a beautiful view. We were met by the manager of the park, Adam, who was very accommodating with a pleasant personality. The grounds are well kept and the roads into and out of the park are very nice, a stark contrast to some of the other parks where we had stayed earlier. Nice, clean, quiet campground. It is right on Lake Barkley, easy access off of the the interstate, but far enough that there is no traffic noise. It is really a long term park but with a few level, gravel, full hook-up short term sites. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
ADAM & LIESEL WERE THE BEST CAMP HOST SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. THE PEOPLE AND GUEST THERE WERE SO KIND AND GREAT TO BE AROUND. GREAT BANDS ON Saturday and Sunday Nights. Will BE GOING BACK WITH GRANDKIDS TO SWIM IN NICE POOL AND PLAY PICKLEBALL. THSNKS GUYS !
Enjoyed our stay here greatly. Arrived on Tuesday and are leaving Sunday (tomorrow). Will be sad to leave. Everyone is super friendly and the couple who manage were wonderful. Went out of their way to make us welcome. Lots of monthly residents zipping around in golf carts, always with a smile and a wave.
