I received great service from both tellers. The first teller helped me with a check transaction. She then initiated the replacement of my debit card. She is not qualified to complete this type of transactions yet, so another teller completed it. I received excellent service from both tellers].]
I called IMCU because I was concerned about my account. Adrianna (hopefully that’s the correct spelling) was so professional. She was attentive to my concerns, kept me updated while I was on hold, and resolved my issue without having to call back. I truly appreciated her great customer service!
Stephanie at the east side branch was absolutely fantastic in working with me on my auto loan. I have always had a great experience with the staff at IMCU. Especially the financial team!
VERY IMPORTANT: Stephanie Wade at the E. Washington Branch is the most professional, detailed oriented, and personal banker/branch manager I have ever dealt with.
