Indigo, on the other hand, is totally different than the previous facility we were at. They have gone out of their way to insure that [name removed] is happy and all his needs are met. Actually visit the facility in person look at the size and quality of the rooms. Pay particular attention to how staff interacts with the residents. Working in a memory unit can be challenging and it's easy for staff to lose patience with residents. I've been pleased with 95% of the staff and give them credit to remain positive and friendly.
All the people at Indigo are great and have been very helpful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have two very nice dining room. Food is good. They trying to do a balance meal. Everyone is enjoy Bingo. Over all I feel I made the right choice.
We visited this community and it is beautiful! Residents that we saw in the hallways were happy and on their way to an activity. Everyone that we met had a smile from the concierge to the sales lady. It felt like they had known us forever!
Neat, clean, friendly staff. Modern décor elegant look. I would recommend to others but tends to be more expensive
The staff was always helpful! The food was always good.
The staff will do everything that they can to help you. I will say it took my dad about 1 1/2 -2weeks for him to be comfortable. I would suggest that families encourage the prospective resident to get involved as soon as possible. They have happy hour every day for the residents and it is a very nice opportunity for any new resident.
We toured quite a few communities before Indigo and the feeling when we walked in was more than amazing. We struggled with moving our mom but so glad God lead us "home." Everyone is so compassionate and loving. The smiles and warm hugs are plentiful. Indigo residents, employees and management are above all the rest.
We love Indigo! We are so thankful for the loving staff for taking care of our mom. She feels at home at Indigo and we do too. Indigo was an answer to many prayers and we are so thankful!
